Recept korak po korak:

Prvo oljuštite beli krompir, isecite ga na kockice i stavite u hladnu vodu.

Kuvajte krompir oko 20 minuta, poklopljen, a u vodu dodajte i jednu kocku za pileću supu kako bi pire imao bogatiji ukus.

Kada je krompir skuvan, procedite ga i ostavite sa strane.

U posebnom loncu otopite malo putera sa mlekom, pa tu toplu mešavinu dodajte krompiru.

Dodajte i malo pavlake za kuvanje (slatke pavlake), pa sve zajedno dobro izgnječite ili umutite mikserom.

Dodajte so, malo muskatnog oraščića, biber i druge začine po želji, još jednom sve dobro izmešajte i gnječite do savršene kremaste teksture.
